Shipping, Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Orders to the EU, the UK and the USA are regularly shipped. We endeavour to ship worldwide outside of those territories, depending on availability of local suppliers. We will contact you about your order if we encounter any issues with shipping to territories outside of EU / UK / USA. Orders are usually fulfilled and received within 14 days.

SALES ITEMS and RETURNS

To protect against copyright infringement, items are only eligible for return if they are damaged or defective upon receipt. These returns must be registered with us within 14 days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging, and it must be returned to us either in the UK or the EU within 30 days. Returned items will be replaced; refunds are generally not offered. In the event that you would like to return a damaged or defective item, contact us via the contact page and we will send you the return details.

Downloadable products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the despatch of a replacement item.

HIRE ITEMS

We will provide a non-binding quote for hire material and performance licences depending on the information given in the Hire Enquiry form. If you tell us you would like to go ahead, we will issue a hire contract for signature which will state the complete terms of the hire. No hire materials will be sent and no performance licence granted until a signed hire contract is in place.
